The Hatteras 80ft is not a yacht rental in the usual sense: it is a fully crewed charter vessel built to carry 45 guests, which is more than three times what the rest of the fleet takes. Guests step into a proper salon with cream sofas and a round dining table, finished in high-gloss birdseye maple with navy carpet underfoot, and a full galley with stainless appliances sits alongside the main helm. Below deck there are three staterooms, including a master and a VIP, and five heads finished in marble and maple. Outside, the bow is laid out with large sun pads and extra seating, and the flybridge runs the full length of the superstructure with a covered lounge, a full bar and an open aft deck set up with teak loungers. It is the vessel for the events the smaller boats cannot take: weddings, corporate charters and large private parties. Docked in Downtown Miami, the four-hour charter starts at $7,000, with catering from $40 per person and an open bar from $35 per person.

We stopped at multiple spots to take photos and the captain was more than happy to adjust the route whenever we wanted.
