Amazing yacht rental experience. Ben was great on board, helpful, friendly and on top of everything. Everything went perfect, and the jet skis were superior. Will definitely be back.

WHY CUTLER BAY
Cutler Bay's position in southern Miami-Dade puts Black Point Marina under 10 minutes away, with direct access to Biscayne National Park, the Florida Keys reef system, and the full south bay corridor north to Key Biscayne and Star Island.
Cutler Bay is a residential town in southern Miami-Dade County, incorporated in 2005 from what was previously unincorporated county land. The town sits on the western shoreline of Biscayne Bay, south of Palmetto Bay and north of Homestead, and is one of the few Miami-Dade communities with direct proximity to both Biscayne National Park and the developed south bay corridor between Key Biscayne and the outer reef line. Cutler Bay residents book private yacht charters for family celebrations, birthday outings, corporate events, and snorkeling and diving excursions into the national park.
Black Point Park and Marina is the closest full-service public marina to Cutler Bay, accessible in under 10 minutes via US-1 south to SW 87th Avenue. The marina sits at the southwestern margin of Biscayne National Park and provides the most direct bay access of any marina in southern Miami-Dade. Black Point is the primary departure point for Cutler Bay charters and is the gateway to Elliott Key, Adams Key, Boca Chita Key, and the Biscayne National Park coral reef tract. The short drive from Cutler Bay to the marina is the fastest marina commute of any location in southern Miami-Dade.
Biscayne National Park covers 173,000 acres and is 95 percent water, making it one of the largest marine parks in the National Park system and the only major urban national park in the United States that is primarily accessible by private vessel. The park encompasses the southernmost stretch of Biscayne Bay, the northernmost section of the Florida Keys reef system, and a chain of barrier islands. Elliott Key is the largest island in the park and the northernmost Florida Key. The entire northern reef tract — accessible from Black Point Marina in under 30 minutes — is within the park boundary.
The barrier island chain inside Biscayne National Park — Elliott Key, Adams Key, and Boca Chita Key — is the most distinctive charter destination available from any Miami-Dade departure point. Elliott Key is the largest island and has a ranger station, hiking trails through hardwood hammock forest, and crystal-clear anchorage on its western bay side. Boca Chita Key features the iconic ornamental lighthouse that is the most photographed landmark in the park. The coral reef tract east of the island chain is accessible by water only and holds the northernmost section of the Florida Keys reef system.
WHERE WE DEPART
Black Point Park and Marina is the primary departure for Cutler Bay charters. Additional marinas serve north bay, Key Biscayne, and downtown Miami itineraries.
Black Point Park and Marina at SW 87th Avenue and SW 248th Street is the primary departure for Cutler Bay charters. Located under 10 minutes from most Cutler Bay addresses via US-1 south, the marina is the southernmost full-service public marina in Miami-Dade and the main gateway to Biscayne National Park. Large parking areas, a boat ramp, and full-service marina facilities make Black Point the most convenient departure option for Cutler Bay groups. The marina's southern position gives direct bay access to Elliott Key, Adams Key, the reef tract, and Key Biscayne north.
Crandon Park Marina on Key Biscayne is 20 to 25 minutes from Cutler Bay via US-1 north and the Rickenbacker Causeway. The marina is surrounded by Crandon Park's tropical landscape and provides direct access to Nixon Sandbar, the outer reef, and the Key Biscayne channel to the bay. For Cutler Bay charters whose itinerary focuses on Nixon Sandbar and Key Biscayne rather than the national park, Crandon Park Marina is the preferred departure. The Key Biscayne position is also closer to the Star Island and downtown Miami bay circuit for Cutler Bay guests.
Dinner Key Marina in Coconut Grove is 20 to 25 minutes from Cutler Bay via US-1 north. The largest marina in Miami, Dinner Key gives access to the full central and north bay corridor — Star Island, downtown Miami, the Venetian Islands, and Miami Beach — that is north of Cutler Bay's primary south bay position. For Cutler Bay guests whose charter itinerary combines a south bay national park segment with an afternoon run north to Star Island, Dinner Key is the preferred mid-bay departure point between the two corridors.
Rickenbacker Marina at the Rickenbacker Causeway is 25 to 30 minutes from Cutler Bay via US-1 north. Positioned at the entrance to Virginia Key, the marina gives direct access to the Biscayne Bay mid-corridor between downtown Miami and Key Biscayne. For Cutler Bay charters whose itinerary focuses on Virginia Key beach access and the central bay rather than the national park or north bay circuit, Rickenbacker Marina is a convenient midpoint departure.

ON THE WATER
Cutler Bay charters cover Biscayne National Park, the Florida Keys reef tract, Elliott Key, Nixon Sandbar, Key Biscayne, and the full north bay corridor to Star Island and the downtown Miami skyline.
Biscayne National Park is the defining charter destination from Cutler Bay and is accessible in under 30 minutes from Black Point Marina. The most popular route visits Elliott Key, the largest island in the park, where the western anchorage side has some of the clearest bay water in Miami-Dade. The full island circuit — Black Point to Elliott Key to Adams Key to Boca Chita Key — covers the three primary park islands in a single half-day charter. The lighthouse at Boca Chita Key is the most photographed stop on the route.
The coral reef tract east of the Biscayne National Park island chain is the most ecologically significant snorkeling and diving destination accessible from any Miami-Dade marina. The northern Florida Keys reef system begins at the eastern edge of the park barrier islands, under 30 minutes from Black Point Marina at reef-transit speed. The reef holds star coral, brain coral, elkhorn and staghorn formations, and visibility that frequently exceeds 30 feet in calm conditions. This route is unique to Cutler Bay and Black Point departures and is not accessible from northern Miami-Dade marinas without a full-day offshore transit.
Nixon Sandbar, the most popular shallow-water anchorage in Miami Bay, is 30 to 40 minutes north of Black Point Marina along the western shore of Key Biscayne. The sandbar sits in the passage between Key Biscayne and the mainland and is accessible from Cutler Bay as either a standalone destination or as part of a longer north bay run that continues to Star Island and the downtown Miami skyline. Cutler Bay charters that depart Black Point in the morning and head north to Nixon Sandbar cover the most bay distance of any standard half-day itinerary.
Elliott Key's western anchorage, protected by the island's hardwood hammock shoreline, is the premier calm-water swimming and snorkeling spot inside Biscayne National Park. The water on the island's bay side is shallow, clear, and protected from Atlantic swell, making it the most family-friendly national park anchorage in Miami-Dade. Adams Key, a smaller island to the south of Elliott Key, offers a quieter anchorage used for fishing and wildlife observation. Both keys are included on standard Cutler Bay national park charters.
Star Island, Palm Island, and Hibiscus Island in central Biscayne Bay are accessible from Cutler Bay on a longer north bay run of 45 to 60 minutes from Black Point Marina. Full-day Cutler Bay charters combining a morning national park segment south with an afternoon Star Island circuit north cover the greatest range of any Miami-Dade location charter itinerary. The contrast between the remote park islands in the morning and the celebrity estate shoreline in the afternoon is a distinctive two-corridor itinerary unique to Cutler Bay's southern position.
The downtown Miami and Brickell skylines are visible from the open south bay on a Cutler Bay charter heading north. Charters departing Black Point Marina and running north through the bay pass the Key Biscayne channel, Nixon Sandbar, and the Coconut Grove waterfront before reaching the downtown and Brickell skyline position. The approach to the downtown skyline from the south, framed by the Rickenbacker Causeway in the foreground, is a different visual perspective than the Watson Island and Venetian Causeway approach used by northern departure marinas.

Dinner Key Marina in Coconut Grove is 20 to 25 minutes north via US-1. We recommend arriving 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Black Point Park and Marina has a large free parking lot inside the park and is the most parking-accessible marina in southern Miami-Dade. The lot accommodates large groups and rarely fills except on peak summer holiday weekends. Crandon Park Marina on Key Biscayne has paid parking within the park. Dinner Key Marina in Coconut Grove has parking adjacent to the marina with overflow options at nearby city parking. For Cutler Bay groups arriving by rideshare, Black Point is the easiest drop-off of any south Miami-Dade marina.
Morning charters departing Black Point between 8am and 10am reach the Biscayne National Park barrier islands before the midday wind builds and before weekend boat traffic fills the park anchorages at Elliott Key. Afternoon charters from 12pm to 3pm work well for south bay snorkeling and swimming. Evening charters from Black Point heading north toward Key Biscayne and Nixon Sandbar at golden hour offer the south bay sunset perspective that is different from any northern departure marina. The bay south of Key Biscayne is one of the least crowded sunset positions in Miami-Dade.
Most Cutler Bay charters run 3 to 5 hours. A 3-hour charter from Black Point Marina covers the national park island chain at Elliott Key and Boca Chita Key with time to anchor and swim. A 4-hour charter adds the reef snorkeling segment east of the barrier islands or a run north to Nixon Sandbar. A 5 to 6 hour full-day charter from Cutler Bay covering both the national park in the morning and Star Island in the afternoon is the most complete south-to-north itinerary available from any Miami-Dade location.
Private yacht charters from Cutler Bay accommodate groups from 2 to 13 guests on standard vessels. Cutler Bay has a strong mix of family celebration groups, snorkeling and diving guests, and birthday and corporate event bookings. Motor yachts in the 45 to 75 foot range suit most Cutler Bay group sizes. Larger sport yachts in the 65 to 105 foot range are available for parties and corporate events requiring more deck space.
