Amazing yacht rental experience. Ben was great on board, helpful, friendly and on top of everything. Everything went perfect, and the jet skis were superior. Will definitely be back.

What Is a Weekly Yacht Rental?
A weekly yacht charter is a fully crewed, private yacht rental for 5 to 7 consecutive nights. Your group has exclusive use of the vessel and all on-board cabins. The crew works for you from the moment you board until you return to the marina.
Think of it as a floating villa that moves. You unpack once. Each morning the captain has a new anchorage on the chart, and the crew has breakfast ready on deck. Whether you want to stay within Biscayne Bay, cruise south through the Florida Keys, or cross the Gulf Stream to the Bahamas, a weekly charter is the format that makes it possible.
Crown Yachts operates a fleet of 55-plus vessels ranging from 40 to 105 feet with multiple private cabins and full on-board amenities. We handle the planning, provisioning, and itinerary so your group boards and the week begins.

Why a Weekly Charter
A single-day charter shows you Miami's waterways. A week on the water shows you what private yacht travel actually is.
No hotel check-ins between destinations. The yacht is your accommodation. Your group unpacks once, stays together on board, and wakes up in a new anchorage each morning.
A 7-day charter lets you cruise from Miami to the Florida Keys, anchor off Biscayne National Park, and make a Bahamas crossing. Impossible on a single-day charter.
When a group of 8 to 12 splits a weekly charter, the per-person cost is often comparable to a standard Miami hotel stay. You get a private yacht, a full crew, and an itinerary that no hotel can match.
No shared pools, no lobbies, no strangers. The yacht is exclusively yours for the entire week. The crew works for your group and no one else from the moment you board to the day you return.
Charter Routes
Three primary routes, each offering a completely different on-water experience. Your captain plans the full itinerary once you choose the direction.
An extended charter based in Miami-Dade waters. Anchor overnight at Boca Chita Key in Biscayne National Park, spend evenings at Nixon or Haulover Sandbar, and cruise the Miami skyline at night. Ideal for groups that want the best of Miami's waterways without leaving South Florida.
Typical Stops
The most-requested weekly route out of Miami. Head south through Card Sound, anchor off Key Largo, cruise to Islamorada for lobster season, and continue to Marathon or the Lower Keys on longer charters. Crystal-clear water, reef snorkeling, and calm anchorages the entire way.
Typical Stops
A Bimini or Nassau crossing departing from Miami. The Gulf Stream crossing takes 3 to 5 hours on a motor yacht, placing you in clear Bahamian water by midday. Anchor off Gun Cay, explore Bimini's sandbars, and spend the week in some of the clearest water in the Caribbean basin. Passport required.
Typical Stops
Custom routes available on request. Contact us with your preferred destinations and we build the itinerary around them.
What Is Included
A Crown Yachts weekly charter covers every operational detail. Your group arrives at the marina and the week begins.
Exclusive use of the vessel for the full charter period. 40 to 105-foot yachts depending on group size. All vessels include private cabins, a full galley, air conditioning, and outdoor deck space.
USCG-licensed captain plus crew depending on vessel size. The captain manages the route, handles all anchoring and docking, and ensures the safety of your group throughout the week.
Full provisioning arranged before departure. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus beverages, snacks, and bar stock. All food and drink loaded before your group boards so the week runs on your schedule, not a restaurant's.
Paddleboards, kayaks, snorkeling gear, and fishing equipment included on most weekly charter packages. Use them at every anchorage along your route.
Fuel costs and marina dockage fees are factored into the weekly charter package. No unexpected charges at port. The captain manages all fuel stops and marina reservations along the route.
Full itinerary planning before you board. We confirm your preferred route, provisioning requests, add-ons, and departure marina in the weeks before your charter. Nothing to arrange on the day.
Overnight Anchorages
Each night on a weekly charter ends at a new anchorage. These are the most requested overnight stops on Crown Yachts multi-day charters out of Miami.
A historic island in Biscayne National Park with a landmark lighthouse and some of the most sheltered overnight anchorages in South Florida. A frequent first night on Miami-based weekly charters.
The largest island in Biscayne National Park. Dense mangroves, reef snorkeling, and a calm overnight anchorage popular on multi-day charters that stay within South Florida waters.
The first Keys destination on the Miami-to-Keys route. John Pennekamp State Park, the only underwater state park in the US, sits off Key Largo and is one of the top snorkeling stops on any Florida Keys charter.
A string of barrier islands in the Upper Keys known for some of the best sport fishing in the world and calm overnight anchorages. A popular midpoint on 5 to 7 night Miami-to-Keys routes.
The closest Bahamian island to Miami, approximately 50 nautical miles offshore. Clear water, shallow sandbanks, and a calm marina at Alice Town. The most popular overnight stop on Miami-to-Bahamas weekly charters.
An in-bay overnight anchorage off Key Biscayne. Calm, shallow water, and proximity to the Miami skyline make it a popular first or last night on charters that begin or end in the city.

Once the vessel is confirmed, we plan the full itinerary with your input. Preferred anchorages, activity stops, dining preferences, and provisioning lists are all finalized 2 to 3 weeks before departure.
