Private Yacht Charter Miami
The CNM Continental 45ft is the walkaround sport boat of the fleet, an Italian-built 45-footer with a gunmetal grey hull, cognac leather throughout and underwater lights that turn the water around it green and blue after dark. Everything happens on one open level: a U-shaped cognac lounge in the stern that converts to a sunbed, a wide teak swim deck behind it, and twin sunpads with folding backrests forward of the console. A pop-up flatscreen rises out of the cabin bulkhead so the group can watch from the aft seating, and a black bimini keeps the helm and lounge shaded through the middle of the day. The side decks are wide enough to walk the length of the boat without squeezing past anyone. Below, a bright cabin holds a full V-berth under a deck hatch, with a separate head finished in cream lacquer and black stone. Docked in Downtown Miami at $2,200 for four hours, it carries up to 13 guests.

- Legal Requirements
- All passengers must present a valid government-issued ID before boarding. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board.
- Reservation Details
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before departure. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the charter date are non-refundable.
- Payment Terms
- Full payment must be received before boarding. Any additional charges incurred during the charter (add-ons, extended hours) will be settled at the end of the trip.
- Accepted Payment Methods
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, Zelle, and cash payments.
- Fuel Information
- Fuel is included for standard Miami routes. Extended itineraries or trips to the Bahamas may incur additional fuel surcharges, which will be communicated in advance.
- Home Marina
- All charters depart from our home marina in Miami Beach. Exact address and dock instructions are provided upon booking confirmation.
- Schedule & Timing
- Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time. Extensions are available subject to availability.
- Passenger Capacity
- This vessel accommodates the maximum number of guests indicated. The captain and crew are not counted toward the passenger limit. Exceeding the maximum capacity is not permitted by law.
