Private Yacht Charter Miami
The Regal 45ft is the American flybridge of the fleet, a white 45-footer built around one idea: get as many people as possible outside and shaded. The flybridge carries a cream bimini over twin helm seats, an L-shaped lounge and a cocktail table, and it looks straight across Biscayne Bay at the Downtown skyline. Below it the cockpit stays shaded under the overhang, with a sunbed across the transom, a swim platform behind it and a second sunpad up on the bow. Inside, the salon is bright and low-key: cream leather seating around a light oak table, panoramic side windows and a galley within reach of the group. The master cabin forward has a hull window at pillow height, marble surfaces and pale oak panelling, with a second cabin aft. Docked on the Miami River at $1,900 for four hours, it carries up to 13 guests.

- Legal Requirements
- All passengers must present a valid government-issued ID before boarding. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board.
- Reservation Details
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before departure. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the charter date are non-refundable.
- Payment Terms
- Full payment must be received before boarding. Any additional charges incurred during the charter (add-ons, extended hours) will be settled at the end of the trip.
- Accepted Payment Methods
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, Zelle, and cash payments.
- Fuel Information
- Fuel is included for standard Miami routes. Extended itineraries or trips to the Bahamas may incur additional fuel surcharges, which will be communicated in advance.
- Home Marina
- All charters depart from our home marina in Miami Beach. Exact address and dock instructions are provided upon booking confirmation.
- Schedule & Timing
- Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time. Extensions are available subject to availability.
- Passenger Capacity
- This vessel accommodates the maximum number of guests indicated. The captain and crew are not counted toward the passenger limit. Exceeding the maximum capacity is not permitted by law.
